BabelPod 默认不收集可识别个人身份的信息。
2. 数据处理方式
- 你的音频、转写文本、笔记与设置主要保存在你的设备本地。

- 你通过系统“分享”功能导出的内容，由你主动选择的目标应用处理。
3. 第三方服务与跟踪
当前版本不集成广告 SDK，不进行跨 App 跟踪。
4. 权限说明
如 App 请求系统权限（例如麦克风、文件访问等），仅用于实现对应功能，并在系统弹窗中说明用途。
5. 支持平台与系统版本
本应用支持 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac，当前最低系统版本为 iOS 18+ / macOS 15+。
6. 内容来源与版权声明
- 本应用展示或播放的播客内容来源于公开可访问的 RSS/API，或用户自行导入的内容。
- 本应用主要用于索引、检索、播放与学习辅助，不主张对第三方内容的所有权。
- 播客音频、封面、标题、节目说明及相关素材的版权归原作者、出版方或平台所有。
- 若权利人认为存在不当展示，请通过文末联系方式通知我们处理。
7. 数据控制
你可通过删除 App 移除本地数据，也可在系统设置中管理权限授权。
8. 未成年人
本应用不以未成年人为目标用户，也不会有意收集未成年人个人信息。

7. Your Control
You can remove local data by deleting the app. You can also manage permissions in system settings.

This app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
